Job Description:  
These positions will serve as testing team members for new functionality being added to the Ohio Benefits (OB) Eligibility system to support the Early Childhood Education grant.
Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
    • Perform functional and non-functional testing (e.g., regression, performance, user acceptance).
    • Execute manual or automated tests to ensure the software meets both business and technical requirements.
    • Facilitate UAT sessions by helping business users test and validate the solution before production.
    • Perform both positive and negative testing according to the scenario.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the progress of testing, issues, and resolutions.
    • Maintain traceability of business requirements through testing to ensure all requirements are met.
    • Document test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to the team.
Mandatory skills ·         Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and tools.
·         Ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
·         Ability to spot discrepancies between requirements and the proposed solution.
·         Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues.
Certifications or Desired skills if any ·         Previous history or familiarity with State of Ohio systems.
·         Previous history or familiarity with systems serving Early Care and Education programs.
·         Previous history or familiarity with Ohio Benefits.
·         Previous history or familiarity with the Early Childhood Education grant.
