Looking for an enterprise architect who will be responsible for aligning our organization’s technology strategy with goals. They create comprehensive models and frameworks to ensure that the IT infrastructure and technology supports the overall business strategy. They design and manage the structure and operation of an organization’s IT architecture, ensuring that all systems, applications, and processes work together effectively.
Developing long-term technology strategies that align with business objectives. Creating and maintaining architectural business frameworks such as TOGAF to guide technology decisions. Collaborating with business leaders to understand their needs and business processes to build capability models and communicate how technology can meet those needs. Assessing new technologies for compatibility with existing systems and future goals. Establishing policies and standards for technology use across the organization.
Create and maintain documentation that outlines standards, processes, and policies for architectural development. Identify potential technology risks and implement measures to mitigate them. Ensure enterprise security is integrated into architecture, complying with industry standards and best practices.
Required skills:
Extensive knowledge in IT systems, cloud computing, cyber security, and system integration. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and architectures, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS; Understanding of APIs, ESB, microservices, and middleware for system integration; Understanding of ITIL and service management best practices for aligning IT services with business needs. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly; leadership skills to influence stakeholders across the organization. Strong analytical skills to anticipate and resolve technical challenges. Experience with Arc42 documents, Visio, or similar tools.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer science or a related field. Relevant certifications like TOGAF, Cloud certified Solutions architect or similar credentials. Requires 7 – 10 years of architecture experience.
