Implementation leads that will be responsible for the successful implementation of products by leading and directing their product implementation teams.  Duties involve development, analysis, and implementation of our product for our global clients. The position will involve analysis, design and coding tasks to ensure successful delivery of complex, multi-year, global implementations. The implementation lead works in conjunction with other team leads and project managers to ensure the timely, on-budget delivery of the product.
Day to Day: 
  • Interface directly with clients at executive and administration levels to communicate implementation process, set and manage expectations, and oversee the implementation team’s interactions with clients.
  • Provide technical project oversight and leadership to successfully implement the product for the client.
  • Work with Project Manager to produce and manage implementation team’s duties by defining scope of project, resource assignments, and timelines.
  • Oversee on-time delivery of all aspects of implementation
  • Train clients on the product, including operations integration and second-level technical support
  • Work with Product Managers to define new product requirements
  • Represent Implementation department interests including bug triage, product enhancement design, and development projects.
  • Consistently evaluate and improve the implementation processes
  • Think logically, communicate clearly, and be well organized
Most Critical Skills:
  • Has experience in leadership roles in large MDM/ERP/CRM implementations with at least 1 full cycle implementation experience in a Lead role.
  • Has good knowledge of .NET Programming languages and environment
  • Has experience working with Windows environment and with SQL databases
  • Has knowledge of technical infrastructure, networking, and system operations
  • Has knowledge of hardware capacity planning and high availability solutions
  • Is able to think logically, communicate clearly, and be well organized
  • Is a quick learner and has good technical fundamentals
  • Is able to do extensive analysis and work independently (while following established programming guidelines), with minimal direction
  • Has a high energy level and a desire to learn
  • Has a proactive team member attitude
  • Meets milestones as assigned
  • Analyzes problems and develops solutions
