SAP Analyst Budget to Report  
  • Senior SAP Budget to Report professional to develop and deliver complete business solutions as SAP is implemented for all product lines
  • Budget to Report covers processes which are heavy in financial nature including managing Budget & Forecasting, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling and Reporting. These processes need to be aligned/integrated in order to be able to collect the relevant information accurately and in time. 
  • Includes gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be design in accordance with a global template.  
  • Perform in both a technical and functional capacity and be able to communicate across the organization. 
  • Function as a subject matter expert for the Budget to Report process utilizing SAP modules such as FICO, AM etc. and have the capability to lead the business to sustainable business solutions based on industry standards and best practices. 
Responsibilities
  • Represent IT from a technical and functional perspective for the entire “Budget to Report” process.
  • Develop and implement the global design for the Budget to Report across multiple Product lines. 
  • Work in accordance with the Project Methodology standards. 
  • Independently create written deliverables, document processes, create and deliver presentations and train end users and support resources.
  • Lead all activities required for a full implementation lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all integration elements are addressed for both Budget to Report as well as other applications.  Examples are BI/BW and Essbase. 
  • Configure SAP to support the business solutions including reporting. 
  • Create and maintain the Master data required to support the Budget to Report process. 
  • Support all change management and communication activities.
  • Formally document change requests as required. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with SAP FICO and AM Modules 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with SAP Full Lifecycle Implementations
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in SAP v6+, ECC environments
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience creating technical documentation
  • CPIM and/or ITIL certification desired
