Sr. Oracle eBS Functional Analyst

The Senior Oracle Business Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for the Oracle eBusiness Suite. They are responsible for translating business requirements into business solutions, resolving day to day production issues and supporting business initiatives.  They will work as a liaison between technical resources and business stakeholders. This is a functional position, but technical aptitude is beneficial.   
  • Support the following modules in an Oracle eBS 12.0.4 environment
    • Order Management
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Oracle Process Manufacturing
    • Inventory
  • Provide support during the conversion of Oracle Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Enterprise Asset Management to SAP
  • Provide continuous business application support to maintain and improve the usefulness of the Oracle eBS processes
  • Engage business partners to design and test extensions. Create specification documents which define and test enhancements to the Oracle applications
  • Resolve help desk tickets within your business process flows
  • Monitor and maintain ASN EDI integrations with trading partners
  • Work as per standards, best practices, guidelines and processes to ensure compliance to the enterprise information architecture
  • Address month end close issues in a timely manner
  • Create documentation such as procedures, workflows and user guides
  • Research transactional issues using SQL to query the underlying data
  • Develop Oracle DB Views and Alerts via SQL
Job Requirements
We expect the candidate to bring a strong functional background in the following:
  • Oracle eBS Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Inventory and Oracle Process Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Enterprise Asset Management are beneficial
  • Effectively communicate and engage with all organizational levels
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-driven and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Job history should include project management or lead positions requiring scoping, planning, communications, and ongoing project support
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 plus years experience in an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 environment
  • Experience and strong understanding of Oracle eBS functionality
  • Experience in the following modules Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Process Manufacturing, Inventory and Enterprise Asset Management
  • Experience with SQL query tools such as SQL Developer, SQL Navigator or TOAD
