Summary of Responsibilities
Assist the Information Technology (IT) Identity and Access Management (IAM) team with daily activities. This is an intense position that requires the ability to multi-task and drive results through internal and external departments. The position requires knowledge of Remedy, JIRA, and IDM. Additionally, knowledge of active directory user management and privileged account management is preferred. This position also requires working closely with numerous teams across the organization.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
• IT Service Delivery point of contact
o Daily stand-up meeting
o IT change management tickets
• Remedy incidents
o Onboarding Employees/Contractors, inclusive of tracking and monitoring
o Exiting Employees/Contractors
o Job Change, inclusive of tracking and monitoring
o Suspensions/Reinstatements
• IAM Processing Tool
o User Access Management
o IdM role/group management
o Special Access Accounts
o Monitor/create dashboards
o Manage pending tasks
• IdM Administration
o Role Modifications
o IdM Reporting
• Monitor inbox for troubleshooting and miscellaneous requests.
• Termination/Job Change sync with Human Resources and legal reports.
• Update IT Access Management documentation as required.
• Apply complex technical information and create documentation from diagrams and other input sources.
• Conduct research into a wide range of issues with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Meet aggressive deadlines and perform with poise under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Responsible for adherence to IT processes and standards across the program.

Qualifications & Work Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• ITIL Foundations Certification (preferred).
• Experience with one or more Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools such as Oracle Identity Manager or SailPoint Identity Governance etc.
• Familiarity with federated identity and web services and security concepts such as SAML, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth and WS-Security.
• Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL etc.
• Proven experience in Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification.
• Minimum of five years (in excess of degree requirements stated above) of progressively responsible experience in compliance, access management, security, or technical customer service.
• Minimum of three years responsible experience providing Active Directory administration support.
• Working knowledge of technical support, configuration, and administration of server/hardware required.
• Experience in Remedy’s incident module and JIRA as a ticketing system.
• Energetic and ability to learn quickly.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptive to the program, project priorities and processes.
• Take initiative and work independently and as team member.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Knowledge of privileged account management.
• Technical background, especially in a delivery capacity interacting with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated success in efficient collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• Strong focus on quality and efficiency.
• Strong English grammar, proofreading, and copy editing skills.
• Advanced experience in MS Office Suite.
• CyberArk experience (preferred).
