We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and play a critical role in our CRM transformation. The candidate will be a key team member for our migration project to move around 1500 customer support users, across two major business units, from our legacy Siebel system to Salesforce’s Service Cloud. Responsibilities include understanding the business needs and objectives and leveraging Salesforce experience to map the business requirements to an end-to-end software solution. Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality, Salesforce configuration, customer support business processes, data integration and data analysis is required. 
Required qualifications 
• Deep understanding of Saleforce Service Cloud functionality. 
• Broad functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce solutions and products. 
• Experience with multiple full cycle Salesforce implementation, with specific experience with Service Cloud implementations. 
• Experience translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products 
• Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers 
• Experience coordinating Salesforce integration activities with interfacing systems (e.g. SAP, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.) and middleware (Boomi) teams. 
• Experienced with Salesforce declarative configuration (e.g. custom objects, validation rules, process builder, flows, etc. 
• Ability to keep up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for adoption in our org. 
• Salesforce certification preferred 
• Ten (10) years of CRM industry experience, including at least three (3) years’ experience with Salesforce. 
• Effective communication skills 
• Flexibility / adaptability to change 
• Personal accountability
