  • Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analysis in an effort to guide information technology solutions into alignment with business initiatives.
  • Define, develop, shape, and refine requirements for the following core business applications - OnBase, Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics CRM.
  • This resource will work directly with Management, Vendors and Business Units and will require good communication skills, as well as fundamental technical troubleshooting abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide production support for core business applications - OnBase, Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics CRM.
  • Provide Tier II/III support to IT Helpdesk.
  • Manage the operation, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, patching and support of these applications.
  • Collaborate with internal and vendor resources to identify and assist with changes to systems, processes and procedures and ensure that changes meet stated expectations. Document change activities and update system documentation.
  • Responsible for identifying, evaluating and resolving process issues for the service organization and initiate actions to limit negative outcomes. 
  • Ensure the timely and effective closure of support incidents and problems through the maintenance of system documentation, collaboration and escalation within the IT department.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of processes and workflows, as well as an expertise in the functions and data of the systems that support them.
  • Elicit high level requirements using interviews, documents, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, product analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Produce and maintain documented operational procedures, diagrams for systems/applications and Key Performance Indicators. 
  • Implement and enforce departmental policies and procedures in accordance with IT standards.
  • Follow the defined Organization Software Delivery Life Cycle and Change Management Policy and Procedures.
  • Conduct weekly cadence meetings with Management, IT, Vendors and Business users. 
  • 7+ years of experience as business Subject Matter Expert in Insurance/HealthCare.
  • Strong experience required with OnBase, Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong experience with Content Management systems and Customer Relationship Management Solutions.
  • Strong experience with relational database systems such as MS SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL and proficiency in programming in SQL as well as a general-purpose programming language such as COBOL, C++, C#, JAVA or Python.
  • Demonstrated experience using .NET, SQL, and Visual Basic in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows Server physical and virtual technologies (2008 R2 / 2012 / 2016).
  • Strong understanding of underlying infrastructure architecture (server, storage, network)
  • Demonstrated experience with agile software development methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience with Data Warehousing.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex project management and IT analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Integration and File Transfer protocols.
  • Strong Application security and access management experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and articulate customers’ needs/ issues with Vendor support team.
