  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
  • Collaborate with Safety Manager for safety training and workers compensation claims
  • Prepare, maintain and update employee records as required by law
  • Oversee employee separation documentation and conduct exit interviews
  • Respond to TWC notices and represent company at personnel related hearings and investigations
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Degree or certification in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience that includes compensation, benefits, and organizational development
  • Knowledge of current employment laws at State and Federal levels and regulatory record keeping requirements
  • Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of organization
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion at all times
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Experience in Viewpoint Construction Software a plus
